Rapid Testimonials are all about your satisfied customers doing the talking for you. People tend to buy what other people recommend. Social proof is one of the most powerful factors in helping a potential customer make that first purchase.
An Effective Look
As with all of our videos, we provide a look that keeps things relaxed while maintaining a minimum production value. After all, nobody wants to struggle to listen to noisy audio. We believe an over-produced testimonial video looks stiff and lacks a feel of authenticity. From the lighting to the lens to the audio to even the camera that we use, all aspects of our production process have been carefully selected to provide the maximum production value while keeping things relaxed.
R-A-P-I-D
Granted, the “Testimonial” portion of the name is pretty self-explanatory, but where does the “Rapid” come into play? On average, we only need ten minutes with each of your customers. While we recommend you tell them twenty minutes just because some people take a little while longer to get comfortable with the camera, we use a variety of methods to keep their time investment to a minimum (e.g. using a higher quality shotgun mic on a boom pole as opposed to a lapel mic which has to be placed on each person individually). The less time your customers have to invest, not only will they be more likely to agree, but they’ll be happier. On camera, happiness with the shooting situation comes across as happiness with your company.
