The Atlanta Hawks are an amazing organization supported by a wide variety of people. Like many organizations, they realize the need for consistent quality content on social media. They do however face unique challenges. One of those is the availability of their most prominent faces, especially during playoff season. Players need to be able to focus on the task at hand… Winning!
How We Did It
To create some interesting content showcasing the variety of people who make the Hawks such a remarkable experience for fans, Friendly Human partnered up with the Hawks marketing team and Brian Moote, a local Atlanta host. In an almost “Dirty Jobs” esque manner, we followed Brian as he learned just how challenging some of the jobs can be. With various social channels being the end destination for these shorts, we embedded the captions directly into the videos since 85% of Facebook videos are watched without sound. All in all, it not only provided for some entertaining content, but helped humanize the entire organization.
