While trying to ramp up staffing in new cities, Cox talent acquisition needed to showcase the excellent work-life balance provided to their employees. As one of the largest family-owned businesses in the country, Cox has a superior corporate culture as compared to many equally sized organizations.
How We Did It
We decided on a branded content approach, creating four mini-documentaries about some of their most inspiring employees and how they balance their unique lives. In addition to each of these, we created a social campaign of trailers and images to drive traffic to the full length stories.
