Corporate Social Responsibility is key to Employer Brand how showing the world what makes a company different. We have had the great honor to work with Team Depot over the years and film so many amazing stories. Each year during a campaign in the fall, Team Depot really goes the extra mile in the “Celebration of Service.” During this time they build homes, help communities, and ultimately take a strong lead in the care of our brave veterans.
Team Depot, the The Home Depot’s Foundation’s associate-led volunteer force, live out the core values of giving back and doing the right thing each day as they serve veterans, aid in disaster relief and give back to their local communities.

CHALLENGE
We have often been called the “Persuasive Storytelling Experts.” And over the years we have captured and told some of the most amazing stories from around the country of how veterans have gone through tough times, and even in those hard times they were supported by their family, friends, and communities. Many times the biggest challenge in such rich and powerful content, is to always stay focused on the true meaning for giving back and making the world a better place.
The Home Depot empowers local store employees to activate and give back to their local community through this program and it is truly amazing how these efforts tell the story of a strong employer brand and how The Home Depot helps build local community.
SOLUTION
Our solution for Team Depot has always been to focus on the stories of people. We have told so many amazing stories through spending days with both amazing veterans and the hard working employees of The Home Depot. We developed a hybrid Day in the Life campaign for Team Depot that allows us to be on site of a veteran build for an entire day and capture high energy broll and impactful interviews that truly resonate with the audience. These videos have been used on the foundation’s website, social media, for employer branding assets, and live events.
